These Terms govern your use of Koee, a service operated by ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD. By creating an account or using Koee, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18, or meet the higher minimum age required in your region. You are responsible for activity on your account, keeping your sign-in methods secure, and providing accurate information.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use Koee to break the law, harm or threaten others, distribute malware, exploit minors, impersonate people, infringe rights, send spam, evade enforcement, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive automated activity and content that creates safety or operational risks.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and moderate that content to operate Koee and provide features you request. You are responsible for having the rights to share your content.
4. Shared spaces, Bots, and Kits
Content shared with other people may remain on their devices. Official Bots and Kits may process content according to their displayed purpose. AI-assisted results can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you rely on them.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.
6. Availability and changes
Koee is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these Terms and will update the date above for material changes.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Koee and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, abuse prevention, or protection of the service and its users.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koee is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to mandatory local rights. Questions can be sent to support@koee.app.
