Kit Developer Agreement

This agreement applies when you create or manage a Kit in the Koee Developer Console. Koee is operated by ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD ("we", "us"). You accept it by checking the agreement box when you create a Kit, or when the console asks you to accept a new version. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you may accept on its behalf.

1. Who can build Kits

  • You need an active Koee account operated by a person. Bot accounts, deleted accounts and suspended accounts cannot create or manage Kits.
  • Everyone who manages a Kit (the owner and every administrator) accepts this agreement personally. You are responsible for who you add to your team and for everything done with your Kit.
  • We may limit how many Kits you create, how often you submit them for review, and similar actions, to prevent abuse.

2. Kit ID and handle

  • You choose the Kit ID and handle when you create a Kit. Neither can be changed, transferred by you, or reused after the Kit is retired.
  • A Kit ID written as a reverse domain (for example com.example.kit) does not show that you own that domain, and does not authorize you to use anyone else's name or brand.
  • Do not choose an ID, handle, name or icon that impersonates another person, organization, product or Koee itself.

3. Review and publication

  • A Kit is available to other people only after we approve it. Before the first approval, only its owner and administrators can open it.
  • Changes to what users see or what the Kit may do (its listing, web settings, provider information, capabilities and public visibility) take effect only after review. Reducing access, closing a capability or making a Kit private takes effect immediately.
  • Review checks the configuration you submit at that time. It does not certify your web content, which you remain responsible for at all times.
  • We may reject a submission, and we may decline to feature a Kit in Plaza or elsewhere, at our discretion.

4. Your web content

A Kit loads web content that you host. You are responsible for that content and for the domains you list, including content loaded from third parties. You agree that your Kit and its content will not:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
  • contain malware, phishing, deceptive or misleading functions, or attempt to collect credentials or payment details under false pretenses;
  • try to bypass the app's security, the permissions users grant, or the limits of the capabilities approved for your Kit;
  • present sexual content involving minors, promote violence or hatred, or offer illegal goods and services;
  • change its purpose after review in a way users would not expect.

Keep your allowed domains under your control. If you lose control of a domain, remove it from your Kit immediately.

5. User data

  • Publish a privacy policy that accurately describes what your Kit collects, why, and how users can ask for their data to be deleted, and keep the link in your Kit's settings working.
  • Collect only the data your Kit needs, use it only for the purpose you describe, and protect it with reasonable security.
  • Data made available through a capability (for example a user's profile) may be used only as that capability and your privacy policy describe. Do not sell it, and do not use it to track users across other services.
  • Follow the privacy and consumer protection laws that apply to you and to your users.

6. Support and contact

Provide a working contact address in your Kit's settings and respond to user and operator enquiries within a reasonable time. We may share reports about your Kit with you.

7. Enforcement

We may, with or without notice, put a Kit into maintenance, disable or retire it, close its capabilities, remove it from Plaza, or suspend your ability to develop Kits, if we believe it violates this agreement, puts users at risk, or is required by law. Retiring a Kit is permanent. Where appropriate we will tell you why.

8. Licence to us

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your Kit's name, icon, description and other listing information, and to load and show your Kit to users, for the purpose of operating and promoting Koee. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence.

9. Fees

There is currently no fee for creating or publishing a Kit. We will give you notice before introducing any fee, and it will not apply until you accept it.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Developer Console, the Kit container and related services are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of them. You are responsible for claims arising from your Kit or its content, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs of responding to them. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update this agreement. The console shows the current version; until you accept a new version you can still view your Kits, but you cannot save changes or submit them for review.

本协议适用于在 Koee 开发者控制台创建或管理 Kit 的行为。Koee 由 ALPHRIZE LABS PTY LTD（下称“我们”）运营。在创建 Kit 时勾选协议选项，或在控制台要求接受新版本时确认，即表示接受本协议。如果你代表组织行事，你确认有权代表该组织接受本协议。

1. 谁可以开发 Kit

  • 你需要一个由自然人使用、处于有效状态的 Koee 账号。Bot 账号、已删除账号和已停用账号不能创建或管理 Kit。
  • 每位 Kit 管理者（所有者及各管理员）均须本人接受本协议。你对加入团队的人员以及通过你的 Kit 进行的所有行为负责。
  • 为防止滥用，我们可以限制 Kit 的创建数量、审核提交频率及类似操作。

2. Kit ID 与 handle

  • 创建 Kit 时由你选择 Kit ID 和 handle。两者都不能由你更改或转让；Kit 永久下架后也不能重新使用。
  • 采用反向域名格式的 Kit ID（例如 com.example.kit）并不证明你拥有该域名，也不授权你使用他人的名称或品牌。
  • 不得选择冒充他人、组织、产品或 Koee 的 ID、handle、名称或图标。

3. 审核与发布

  • Kit 经我们批准后才可供其他用户使用。首次获批前，仅所有者和管理员可以打开。
  • 用户可见内容或 Kit 能力的变更（展示资料、网页设置、提供者信息、能力和公开可见性）经审核后生效。缩减访问、关闭能力或将 Kit 设为私有立即生效。
  • 审核检查当次提交的配置，不代表对网页内容作出认证；你始终对网页内容负责。
  • 我们可自行决定拒绝提交，或不在广场等位置推荐 Kit。

4. 你的网页内容

Kit 加载由你托管的网页内容。你对这些内容以及列出的域名负责，包括从第三方加载的内容。你同意 Kit 及其内容不得：

  • 违反法律，或侵犯他人的知识产权、隐私或其他权利；
  • 包含恶意软件、钓鱼、欺骗或误导功能，或以虚假理由收集凭据或支付信息；
  • 尝试绕过 App 安全机制、用户授权或 Kit 获批能力的限制；
  • 展示涉及未成年人的色情内容、宣扬暴力或仇恨，或提供非法商品与服务；
  • 审核后以用户无法预期的方式改变用途。

请确保允许的域名始终由你控制。若失去某域名的控制权，应立即从 Kit 中移除。

5. 用户数据

  • 发布隐私政策，准确说明 Kit 收集什么数据、收集原因，以及用户如何请求删除数据；确保 Kit 设置中的政策链接有效。
  • 仅收集 Kit 所需的数据，仅用于已说明的目的，并采取合理的安全保护。
  • 通过能力提供的数据（例如用户资料），只能按该能力及隐私政策所述方式使用。不得出售，也不得用于跨服务跟踪用户。
  • 遵守适用于你及用户的隐私与消费者保护法律。

6. 支持与联系

在 Kit 设置中提供有效的联系地址，并在合理时间内回复用户和运营方的询问。我们可将有关 Kit 的报告转交给你。

7. 执行措施

若我们认为 Kit 违反本协议、使用户面临风险，或法律要求采取措施，我们可事先通知或不通知，将 Kit 设为维护、停用或永久下架、关闭能力、从广场移除，或暂停你的 Kit 开发资格。Kit 永久下架不可撤销。在适当情况下，我们会告知原因。

8. 向我们授予许可

为运营和推广 Koee，你授予我们非独占、全球范围、免许可费的许可，允许展示 Kit 名称、图标、描述及其他展示资料，并加载和向用户展示 Kit。你确认拥有授予上述许可所需的权利。

9. 费用

目前创建或发布 Kit 不收费。引入费用前我们会通知你，且费用仅在你接受后适用。

10. 免责声明与责任

开发者控制台、Kit 容器及相关服务按现状提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对因你使用这些服务而产生的间接或后果性损失、利润损失或数据丢失负责。你对因 Kit 或其内容产生的索赔负责，并同意承担我们应对此类索赔的合理费用。本协议不限制法律规定不得限制的权利。

11. 变更

我们可更新本协议。控制台显示当前版本；接受新版本前，你仍可查看 Kit，但不能保存修改或提交审核。
